Terms of Service for Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space

Welcome to Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space, a vibrant community designed exclusively for women.

Please read these terms of service carefully before using our facilities and services.

Membership and Access:

1.1. Membership is open to women over the age of 18.

1.2. Access to Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space is granted upon successful membership registration and

payment of fees.

1.3. Members must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space.

Use of Facilities:

2.1. Members are granted access to the facilities during operating hours.

2.2. Use of facilities must be in accordance with the purpose of Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space (e.g.,

work, networking).

2.3. Respectful behavior and consideration for others are expected at all times.

Membership Fees and Payments:

3.1. Membership fees are due annually/monthly and must be paid in full to maintain access to Pretty in

Pink Co-Working Space.

3.2. Payments can be made through the designated payment methods provided by Pretty in Pink Co-

Working Space.

3.3. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations after payments are made for ANY Pretty & Pink Services. For memberships please cancel subscription before payments go through.

3.4. If booked for more than one day and only paid a deposit & decide to cancel, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Code of Conduct:

4.1. Members must conduct themselves in a professional manner.

4.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

4.3. Use of Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space for illegal or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy:

5.1. Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space respects the privacy of its members.

5.2. Personal information collected will only be used for membership purposes and will not be shared

with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Termination of Membership:

6.1. Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates

the terms of service.

6.2. Membership fees are non-refundable in case of termination due to violation of terms.

Changes to Terms of Service:

7.1. Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any

time.

7.2. Members will be notified of changes via email or through Pretty in Pink Co-Working Space’s

website.
